Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," "Member") and AKL Group LLC, operating as Makki Brothers ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, accessing our strategies or indicators, or otherwise using our services, websites, or community (collectively, the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimers. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

The Services

Makki Brothers provides automated, systematic trading strategies and indicators for futures instruments (including micro futures such as MES and MNQ), together with related software, member tools, and support. Signals are routed via third-party automation platforms to a brokerage or prop-firm account that you own and connect.

We may add, modify, rebrand, or discontinue strategies, indicators, or features at our discretion. These Terms continue to apply to any updated or rebranded versions.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement and to trade futures in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions & billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) through our payment processor, unless stated otherwise.
• By subscribing, you authorize us and our processor to charge your payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Prices, plans, and promotions may change. Changes apply to future billing cycles, not the current paid period.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the current paid period.
• Setup fees, access fees, and other charges are described at the point of purchase.

No-refund policy

No refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods, unused time, cancellation, non-use, dissatisfaction, mistaken purchases, inability to use the Services, broker or platform integration issues, data-feed issues, or changes in market conditions.

If you cancel, your access remains active through the end of the current paid period unless we state otherwise in writing. This policy applies to all plans, including lifetime access where offered.

Chargebacks & payment disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may immediately suspend or terminate your access. You remain responsible for any fees, costs, and administrative expenses we incur in responding to or contesting such disputes. We reserve the right to contest improper chargebacks with evidence of your agreement to these Terms.

Trading risk & no advice

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Makki Brothers is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor, and provides no personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Services are tools that execute systematic logic; all trading decisions and outcomes are your own. Please review our full Disclaimers.

Your responsibilities

• You connect and control your own U.S.-regulated broker or prop-firm account. We never take custody of your funds.
• You are responsible for configuring your risk settings, position sizing, and contract selection correctly.
• You are responsible for monitoring your account, open positions, and the third-party platforms you use.
• You agree to comply with the rules of your broker, any prop firm, and all applicable laws and exchange regulations.
• You accept the technical risks of automated execution, including outages, latency, slippage, and divergence from backtested or charted results.

Intellectual property & confidentiality

All rights, title, and interest in the Makki Brothers and AKL strategies, indicators, source code, methodologies, branding, and related materials (collectively, "Proprietary Information") remain the sole property of AKL Group LLC, including any modifications, updates, rebrands, or new versions.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own trading during your active subscription. You agree to treat all Proprietary Information as confidential and not to disclose, distribute, or share it with any third party without our express written consent.

License restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share access to the strategies or indicators with anyone else.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying logic or source code.
• Use our Proprietary Information, concepts, or methodologies to build, market, or promote a competing product or service.
• Sell merchandise, software, or indicator access to current or former members in connection with our Services without our prior written permission.

These restrictions are reasonable and necessary to protect our legitimate business interests and apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

No warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be profitable, uninterrupted, error-free, or that signals will execute as intended. You use the Services at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AKL Group LLC and Makki Brothers, and their members, officers, and affiliates, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AKL Group LLC and Makki Brothers from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, initiate a chargeback, misuse the Services, or for any other lawful reason. Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, no-refunds, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless a different venue is required by law.

In any dispute arising from these Terms, the prevailing party is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

General & contact

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimers, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
