Futures, leverage & margin risk
Trading futures contracts — including micro futures such as MES (Micro E-mini S&P 500) and MNQ (Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100) — carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every investor. Key risks include:

Our Services rely on automated signal generation and webhook-based order routing through third-party platforms (for example, charting providers, signal-relay services, and your broker's API). Automation introduces specific risks that you accept by using the Services:
- Technical failure. Servers, internet connections, APIs, webhooks, or broker systems may experience downtime, latency, or errors that delay, duplicate, or prevent order execution.
- Slippage & fills. Live fills may differ materially from signal prices due to spread, liquidity, latency, and market conditions.
- Divergence. Live results may differ from backtested or charted results because of execution timing, order routing, commissions, and data differences.
- Unattended operation. Strategies may run without your active supervision. You remain responsible for monitoring your account, your risk settings, and your open positions.
- Configuration. Incorrect risk, position-size, or contract settings on your end can lead to unintended exposure. You are responsible for verifying your configuration.
We strongly recommend testing any strategy in a simulated or demo environment before deploying it on a live or funded account.

You connect your own U.S.-regulated brokerage or prop-firm account. Makki Brothers never takes custody of your funds, never has withdrawal access, and never directly controls your account. All trades occur within accounts you own and authorize.
Our Services depend on third-party platforms and brokers that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, fees, policies, outages, or actions. Your relationship with your broker and any prop firm is governed by their own agreements. Prop-firm accounts carry additional rules, drawdown limits, and restrictions that are entirely between you and the prop firm.
No guarantee of results
We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that the Services will be profitable, error-free, uninterrupted, or that they will meet your expectations. Markets change, and a strategy that performed well historically may underperform or lose money in the future. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your capital, risk settings, broker, timing, and market conditions.
